‘100’ CLUB RULES AND REGULATIONS

The ‘100’ club is a great way to support your community and maybe win a prize. This is achieved as 50% of the total income is given back each month in prize money to its members. The remaining 50% goes to a H.C.A. This is a legal requirement of the Lotteries and Gaming Licence. So, the greater the membership the greater the prize money available!

We are pleased to inform you that 2017 raised £588 for the Community Association. This means that the same amount will have been given out as prize money.

Each member of the ‘100’ club is allocated a number and pays £12 per year for this membership number. Any amount of numbers can be allocated for multiples of £12.

 Please note that payment must be received before the 1^st January each year to be entered for the twelve, monthly draws.

The draw will take place at the Parish Council Meeting, held at the village hall on the first Tuesday of the month at 7.30pm. The tickets must be drawn by a non-ticket holder and this event is open to the public. Dates and Times of the draw and winning numbers will be published in the village newsletter. Winnings will be paid as soon after the draw as possible and within 48hrs or as arranged with the winner.

The Prize money will vary depending upon the amount of numbers sold (members). For example, if there are 100 members the prizes will be as follows:

1^st Prize - £25

2^nd Prize - £10

3^rd Prize - £5

4^th Prize - £5

5^th Prize - £5

Payment can be made in any of the following ways-

1.Electronically: Sort Code 30-99-08. Bank Account: 22 371 960

2.Cheque: Made payable to ‘Holmpton Community Association’ and posted to either of the addresses below.

3.Cash can be collected or dropped off by prior arrangement with either Sue or Amanda.

In compliance with the Lotteries and Gaming Regulations HCA hold a current licence issued by the Local Authority, anyone wishing to view this may do so by contacting Sue Pilkington, HCA Secretary on the contact details above.

The records/accounts are audited annually and are available for inspection by arrangement.
